I am a big Starbucks drinker - thank you Italy/Seattle! I'm about 25-pounds overweight. I'm trying to find a safe weight loss method that doesn't allow me to gain the weight back. I travel quite a bit to London, Murano-Italy, and Seattle-USA. My sis is keeping tracks of my my husky puppy. Travel isn't all that great for me as I have quite a few anxiety attacks flying, checking in to new countries, checking intto  hotels. Just part of the job for now. I hope  my mates drop me a line.

What they see in me.

But they can't touch

When I try to show them

They say they still can't see.

I say,

I don't shout or jump about
